As per a recent survey conducted by “Housing Anywhere,” Lisbon has been identified as the priciest city in Portugal to rent a studio apartment.
In the comparison of Rent Index in Portugal, it has been reported that there has been a whopping 51% surge in studio rental values in Lisbon this quarter, which surpasses all other cities in terms of quarter-on-quarter studio price increments.
On the other hand, Porto has experienced an impressive 20% increase in apartment rental prices, thus maintaining its position as the city with the highest quarter-after-quarter growth in this category.
Despite the soaring rental costs, Lisbon continues to remain a popular destination among young professionals and students, thanks to its lively cultural scene and excellent transportation links.
